Review: Google+, An Empty Playground with a Sparse Landscape?

(the actual video will not look fuzzy…)

Google+ is still a boutique social media site when it comes to user numbers. Rich Jaroslovsky thinks that many people experimenting with Google+ will most likely continue using Facebook or retain back to Facebook use exclusively.

Jaroslovsky points out five key points that differentiate Google+ positively from Facebook:
+ Manage connections with circles
+ Decide how much information to share with each circle
+ Follow people just like in Twitter
+ Hangouts: multi-person video chat rooms
+ Integrated Google’s other services that feel like extensions of Google+

Do you think these five features are strong enough to make social media users to leave Facebook and start using Google+?
