More to Like: Gwyneth Paltrow Joins the Social Media Family

On Twitter over 78 thousand followers in just 1.5 days and with the total of two tweets. In Facebook over 60 thousand likes with two wall posts. Who has things this easy? Beloved Gwyneth Paltrow who joined Twitter and Facebook on June 1st. So far, she’s not following anyone back on Twitter and hasn’t responded to wall posts in Facebook. We’ll be waiting to see how she’s going to interact and engage with her audience in these main stream social media channels. Paltrow is not new to social media engagement; se has a big reader base on goop.com – her newsletter based editorial lifestyle website. Here is Gwyneth Paltrow casually announcing that she’s “joined the 21st Century”:
